- Your project requirements, the service you are interested in, and anything else you write in our enquiry form, on WhatsApp, by email or on a call.
- Details you submit through Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Lead Ads forms, such as name, phone number and email, when you choose to share them with us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location (city level), pages viewed, time spent, referring website and the actions you take on the Website.
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies (see "Cookies, analytics and advertising" below).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, religious, political or biometric data) and ask that you do not send it to us.

Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the retention settings of the relevant tool. After that we delete or anonymise it.

9. Data deletion instructions
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including details you submitted through our website form or a Facebook / Instagram Lead Ad, at any time:
- Send an email to info@adjentechnologies.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or send the same request on WhatsApp to +91 93448 43427.
- Include your name and the phone number or email address you used when contacting us, so we can find your records.
- We will confirm your request and delete your information from our systems within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records by law (for example invoices), in which case we will tell you.
If you connected with us through a Facebook or Instagram login or app, you can also remove our access from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. To delete data Meta itself holds about you, use Meta's own tools.
10. Children's privacy
Our Website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
